The Dr KDSS B.O.T.C.K. (Bolt-On Track Bar Correction Kit) is designed to restore rear axle stability on lifted Land Cruiser 200 Series and Lexus LX 570 platforms. When these rigs are lifted, the track (panhard) bar angle becomes excessively steep, forcing the axle to move side-to-side instead of cycling straight up and down—resulting in an unstable and unpredictable rear end.
This kit raises the pivot point to flatten the track bar angle, returning proper suspension geometry and restoring a planted, confidence-inspiring ride both on-road and off. It’s a true bolt-on solution engineered for strength, serviceability, and real-world use.
Important Note
Function: Corrects side-to-side axle movement caused by steep track bar angles after a lift.
Design: Fully bolt-on installation with no welding and no drilling required.
Torque: Torque all M14 bolts to 105 ft-lb using plenty of blue Loctite or a small dab of red.
M10 torque: Torque M10 bolts to 35–40 ft-lb.
Hardware update: Flange nuts have been replaced with standard hex nuts.
Washer update: Washer for the side bolt is no longer required.
KDSS: Works with both KDSS and non-KDSS setups.

How to Pick the Correct B.O.T.C.K. Version
Level ground: Park the vehicle on flat, level ground.
Frame side: Measure from the ground to the center of the frame-side track bar bolt.
Axle side: Measure from the ground to the center of the axle-side track bar bolt.
Difference: Subtract the two measurements to determine bolt-height difference.
Shorty:1.5”–2.99” difference → Shorty version or bottom hole on the Standard bracket.
Standard:3” or higher → Standard version using the top hole.
Future lifts: Choose the Standard version if you plan to lift higher later.
