SHIPPING POLICY
YotaWolf partners with trusted off-road, automotive, and aftermarket brands to bring you high-quality products. Depending on the item and supplier, orders may be fulfilled directly by the manufacturer, distributor, or in some cases, by YotaWolf. Fulfillment and shipping methods vary by product and vendor.
ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
Once your order is placed, it is routed for fulfillment based on the specific product and supplier. Processing times vary depending on the brand, product type, and availability. Some items may require additional handling time, including powder-coated parts, fabricated or made-to-order products, and oversized freight shipments. A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery windows vary based on the supplier, product type, carrier, and your location. All timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you need a more specific timeline for a particular item, contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to get you that information.
FREIGHT SHIPPING (OVERSIZED ITEMS)
Some large products such as bumpers, sliders, racks, and roof tents may ship via freight or LTL carriers. For these shipments: a freight carrier may contact you to schedule delivery, someone 18+ must be available to sign, and you should inspect the shipment for damage before signing. Any damage must be noted on the delivery slip and photographed immediately.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary by product, supplier, weight, destination, and shipping method. Costs are calculated at checkout when applicable. Some products include free shipping; others do not. For questions about shipping costs on a specific item, feel free to contact us.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Orders containing items from different suppliers may ship separately, arrive on different days, and come from different carriers. This is normal and not an indication of a problem with your order.
DELAYS
Shipping timelines can be affected by factors outside our control, including high demand, fabrication lead times, backorders, carrier delays, and material availability. If you have concerns about your order, reach out to us and we'll work to get you updated information.
TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Depending on the supplier and carrier, tracking may come from YotaWolf, the supplier, or the freight carrier directly.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive, contact us right away with your order number, photos, and any relevant delivery notes. We will work with the supplier or carrier to resolve the issue. For freight deliveries, damage must be noted on the delivery slip before signing — this is required to file a claim.
