YOTAWOLF — RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY Last Updated: May 11, 2026
YotaWolf is a dropship retailer, meaning we partner with manufacturers and distributors who ship products directly to you. Each product may carry its own manufacturer warranty and return terms. We always work on your behalf to ensure the best possible outcome.
1. MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
All products sold through YotaWolf carry the original manufacturer's warranty. As your authorized reseller, we pass through the full manufacturer warranty to you — we do not strip or limit it.
- Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by manufacturer and product.
- Defective items under warranty will be handled through the manufacturer's process, which we will facilitate on your behalf.

2. RETURN
Return eligibility and return windows vary by manufacturer and product. To request a return, email Info@yota-wolf.com with your order number and reason for return.
All returns are subject to the applicable manufacturer or supplier return policy, including condition requirements, return deadlines, restocking fees, and non-returnable item restrictions.

- The item(s) you wish to return and the reason
- Photos of the item and packaging (required for damage or defect claims)
3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and unmodified
- In original packaging with all hardware and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Authorized by YotaWolf before being shipped back — do not send items back without a Return Authorization (RA)
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to supplier restrictions, the following cannot be returned:
- Installed, test-fitted, or used items
- Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products
- Powder-coated, painted, or color-matched items
- Opened electrical components (lighting, wiring, switches, controllers) — however, if your item arrives with a defective wiring harness or manufacturer defect, we will work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to get it resolved through their warranty process. Contact us before returning any electrical item.
5. RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING FEES
Because we work with multiple suppliers and manufacturers, return shipping and restocking fees are set by each individual supplier — not by YotaWolf. We have no control over these fees.

- We will always notify you in writing of any applicable fees before finalizing your return.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because orders are sent directly to our suppliers for fulfillment, cancellations must be requested immediately by emailing Info@yota-wolf.com
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, the supplier may charge a cancellation fee. YotaWolf does not charge its own separate cancellation fee — any fee comes solely from the supplier.
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery to Info@yota-wolf.com.
Include:
- Photos of the item and all packaging including the shipping label
- Your order number
For large freight items (bumpers, roof racks, rooftop tents): inspect before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the slip and photograph immediately.
8. REFUNDS
Once a return is received and inspected by the supplier, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees disclosed in advance.
Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after approval. If 15 business days have passed and you haven't received your refund, contact us at YotaWolfServices@gmail.com.
