Agreement between User and Yota-Wolf.com
Welcome to Yota-Wolf.com. The Yota-Wolf.com website (the "Site") is operated by YotaWolf ("YotaWolf"). Yota-Wolf.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of Yota-Wolf.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy of them for your reference.
Yota-Wolf.com is an E-Commerce Site.
Yota-Wolf.com sells aftermarket off-road vehicle parts and accessories for Toyota vehicles including the Tacoma, 4Runner, Tundra, and other models. YotaWolf is a one-person operated business functioning as an authorized reseller. We do not manufacture any of the products sold through our store. All orders are fulfilled directly by our network of third-party suppliers and manufacturers who ship products straight to you.
Privacy
Your use of Yota-Wolf.com is subject to YotaWolf's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting Yota-Wolf.com or sending emails to YotaWolf constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that YotaWolf is not responsible for third-party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. YotaWolf reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Children Under Thirteen
YotaWolf does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use Yota-Wolf.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Because YotaWolf operates as a dropship reseller, all cancellation and return terms are largely governed by the individual supplier or manufacturer fulfilling your order. YotaWolf itself does not charge any cancellation or restocking fees — any such fees are imposed solely by the supplier.
Customers may request to cancel their order before items are shipped by contacting Info@yota-wolf.com immediately. Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been placed, as it depends on whether the supplier has already processed or shipped the item.
For made-to-order items such as bumpers, sliders, skid plates, and roof racks, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun, and the supplier may assess a cancellation fee. You will always be notified of any fees before they are finalized.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as long as items are in new, unused, and uninstalled condition and in their original packaging. Restocking fees, if applicable, are determined entirely by the individual supplier and will be disclosed to you in writing before your return is approved. Items that show signs of use, installation, or damage will not be accepted for return.

Manufacturer Warranties
YotaWolf will work on your behalf to honor the warranty provided by the manufacturer of each product. Because we are a reseller and not a manufacturer, each product carries its own manufacturer warranty with its own terms, coverage, and duration. YotaWolf does not offer any additional warranty beyond what the original manufacturer provides.
No warranty is given for defects caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidents, misuse, neglect, products used for racing or competition, or failure to install according to manufacturer instructions. Any customization or modification to the original product voids all warranty eligibility.
For warranty claims, contact us at Info@yota-wolf.com and we will work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to help resolve the issue.
Shipping and Delivery
YotaWolf ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Because YotaWolf is a dropship reseller, products are shipped directly from our suppliers and manufacturers. As a result, shipping times, carriers, and packaging may vary by product and supplier, and items within the same order may arrive in separate shipments. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Title to products and all risk of loss transfers to you at the time your order is tendered to the carrier. Once an order is with the carrier, YotaWolf is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
For freight deliveries such as bumpers, roof racks, skid plates, and rock sliders, you are required to inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery slip and photograph it immediately. Signing without notation constitutes acceptance of the shipment in its delivered condition.

Yota-Wolf.com may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of YotaWolf and YotaWolf is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site. YotaWolf is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by YotaWolf of the site or any association with its operators.
Certain services made available via Yota-Wolf.com are delivered by third-party sites and organizations including our suppliers, manufacturers, and Shopify. By using any product, service, or functionality originating from the Yota-Wolf.com domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that YotaWolf may share such information and data with any third party with whom YotaWolf has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service, or functionality on behalf of Yota-Wolf.com users and customers.
Relationship with Shopify
Yota-Wolf.com is hosted and powered by Shopify Inc. All transactions made through our store are solely between you and YotaWolf. Shopify is a technology platform provider and is not a party to your transaction. Shopify is not responsible for product quality, order fulfillment, customer service matters, or any claims arising from your purchase.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Yota-Wolf.com strictly in accordance with these Terms. You warrant to YotaWolf that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site.
All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of YotaWolf or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, or create derivative works from any content found on the Site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YotaWolf and any associated third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, your violation of any terms of this Agreement, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
Arbitration
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE, AND/OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Liability Disclaimer
THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN.
YOTAWOLF AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. YOTAWOLF AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YOTAWOLF AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELATED SERVICES, OR FOR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. YOTAWOLF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGE TO A PURCHASER'S VEHICLE, CARGO, PROPERTY, OR ANY PERSON. BECAUSE YOTAWOLF IS A ONE-PERSON OPERATED RESELLER AND NOT A MANUFACTURER, ALL PRODUCT LIABILITY RESTS WITH THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.
Termination and Access Restriction
YotaWolf reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and related services or any portion thereof at any time without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and YotaWolf as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalid provision will be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and YotaWolf with respect to the Site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
Changes to Terms
YotaWolf reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Yota-Wolf.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. YotaWolf encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
