OVERVIEW
YotaWolf LLC is an online-only dropship retailer. We do not manufacture any of the products we sell. All warranties are provided solely by the original manufacturer or brand of the product you purchased. YotaWolf will assist you in connecting with the appropriate manufacturer to process your warranty claim, but we are not the warranty provider and cannot issue warranty replacements or repairs directly.
HOW WARRANTIES WORK AT YOTAWOLF
YotaWolf operates exclusively as an ecommerce retailer using a dropship fulfillment model. Products listed on yota-wolf.com are sourced from and shipped directly by third-party manufacturers and distributors. Because we do not manufacture, assemble, or physically handle any products, we do not offer an independent YotaWolf warranty on any item.
All warranty coverage, terms, duration, and claims processes are determined entirely by the manufacturer of the product you purchased. Warranty terms vary by brand and product category. We encourage you to review the manufacturer's warranty documentation included with your product or available on the manufacturer's website.
WHAT IS COVERED
Coverage depends entirely on the specific manufacturer's warranty policy for your product. Generally, manufacturer warranties cover:
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions
- Structural failures not caused by improper installation or misuse
- Product failures within the manufacturer's stated warranty period
- Items that arrive non-functional or significantly different from the product description
The warranty period and scope of coverage varies by brand. Some manufacturers offer lifetime warranties on certain products; others offer 90-day, 1-year, or limited warranties. The warranty documentation included in your shipment will outline the specific coverage for your item.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Most manufacturer warranties do not cover the following, and neither does YotaWolf:
- Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow manufacturer instructions
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by off-road use beyond the product's rated specifications
- Modifications, alterations, or repairs made by anyone other than an authorized service center
- Damage caused by accidents, collisions, misuse, or neglect
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading after delivery
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers or manufacturer labels
- Damage caused by use of non-compatible parts or fluids
- Labor costs for installation or removal of defective parts
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Step 1 — Contact YotaWolf First Email us at Info@yota-wolf.com, with your order number, product name, and a description of the issue. Include photos or video if possible.
Step 2 — We Identify the Manufacturer We will identify the correct manufacturer for your product and provide you with their direct warranty contact information.
Step 3 — Contact the Manufacturer Directly You will contact the manufacturer's warranty or support department directly. They will assess your claim and determine next steps.
Step 4 — Manufacturer Resolves the Claim The manufacturer will handle replacement, repair, or other resolution per their own warranty policy. YotaWolf will assist as needed to facilitate communication.
IMPORTANT: Do not return any product to YotaWolf for warranty purposes without first contacting us. Warranty items are handled directly with the manufacturer, not returned to YotaWolf.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING OR DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA)
If your product arrives visibly damaged or is dead on arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yota-wolf.com. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage and original packaging. Do not discard the original packaging as it may be required for a shipping damage claim. We will work with the distributor to arrange a replacement or refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YotaWolf LLC's liability in connection with any warranty claim is limited to facilitating communication between the customer and the manufacturer. YotaWolf is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects, warranty denials, or manufacturer decisions. YotaWolf makes no independent warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond what is expressly provided by the product manufacturer.

YotaWolf reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of yota-wolf.com following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
