The Injection Fob is a two-piece plastic case that replaces the fragile factory key fob housing on Tacomas and Tundras. Injection-molded from high-strength, impact-resistant ABS plastic, this upgraded design uses bolt-together socket head screws instead of a weak snap-fit. Your existing electronics, battery, buttons, and seal transfer directly into the new shell. A reinforced key-ring hole eliminates the common break point found on OEM fobs. Assembly requires the included 7/64" Allen key. Made in the USA.
Important Notes
No Threadlocker: DO NOT use Loctite or any threadlocker on this product.
Reuses OEM Parts: Electronics, battery, buttons, and seal are transferred from your original fob (not included).
Key Blade Transfer Needed: The OEM key blade must be moved into the new housing.
