The Injection Fob is a two-piece plastic case that replaces the factory key fob housing. Injection molded from high-strength, impact-resistant ABS plastic, this upgraded design bolts together with socket-head cap screws for a tougher, more secure construction. Assembly requires the included 3/32" Allen key. Made in the USA.
Important Note

No Threadlocker:DO NOT use Loctite or any threadlocker on this product.
Reuses OEM Components: Key blade, electronics, battery, and transponder chip are all transferred into the new case (not included).
OEM Case Must Be Cut: Original shell must be destroyed to extract the molded key blade—may pull out easily, but some require cutting.
No Reprogramming Needed: Your original electronics and chip are reused.
Optional OEM Key Solution: If you prefer to keep the original fob intact, you may purchase a separate OEM shell/key to cut.
Separate Key Option: Integrated blade can be removed entirely—requires OEM valet key or a Toyota H-chip key (P/N 89785-0D170) to be cut & programmed.
Transponder Caution: Some chips are glued in and can be damaged during removal; damaged chips will prevent the fob from starting the vehicle.
