Where do you ship from?

All YOTA-WOLF orders ship from North America. Shipping origin may vary by product and supplier, but tracking is always provided once your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location, carrier conditions, and product availability.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on the product and destination.

Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping options may be added in the future.

What is your return policy?

Unused, uninstalled items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Items must be in original packaging and resaleable condition

What items are non-returnable?

Installed parts, clearance items, and custom or special-order products are final sale.

What if I ordered the wrong part?

No problem—do not install the item. Installed parts cannot be returned. Contact us immediately and we’ll help get you on the right track

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a YOTA-WOLF error or defective product.

How do refunds work?

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

HOW DO I CONFIRM FITMENT BEFORE ORDERING?

Use our vehicle selector or contact us before purchasing. We strongly recommend confirming fitment prior to installation, as installed parts are non-returnable.
