I got this along with the Mesos map lights, and this was even easier to install than the map lights!
Such a no-brainer of an upgrade—inexpensive and very easy to install. The white light is so much brighter than the stock Toyota dome light, and the red light is SO nice to have for night vision and reducing bug attraction.

There are two buttons on this: one is the power for the dome light itself. The other is the button to switch between white and red. Memorize which one does what, as you can end up with a confusing situation where the dome light stays on when after you lock and leave the car. That’s because the power switch can operate independently of your open-door switch. If you run into this, first check that the door-open switch isn’t set to “on” instead. If it is, return it to the middle. Then click the power button and the dome light will power off when you lock the vehicle.
