Body lift vs. suspension lift: a body lift (1–5″) raises the body off the frame and doesn't change ground clearance or wheel-well geometry — pick your exact body lift height above. A suspension lift raises the whole suspension system, so it doesn't change body-to-frame geometry; choose the Stock or Suspension Lift option regardless of lift height.
