The Injection Fob is a two-piece, heavy-duty replacement case designed to upgrade and strengthen the weak factory fob housing. Injection molded from high-strength, impact-resistant ABS plastic, this case bolts together using socket-head cap screws for a far more rugged and reliable construction than the OEM snap-fit design.
Your existing electronics, battery, buttons, and seal transfer directly into the new case (not included with purchase). A reinforced key-ring hole eliminates the common breakage found on factory Toyota key fobs. Includes panic button. Assembly uses the included 7/64" Allen key. Made in the USA.
Important Notes
Verify Compatibility: Fits some 3rd Gen & 4th Gen 4Runners and 1st Gen Sequoias—confirm your fob matches the compatibility photos/instruction video.
Reuse OEM Components: Electronics, battery, buttons, and seal must be transferred from your original fob (not included).
No Threadlocker: DO NOT use Loctite or any threadlocker—this will damage the plastic.
Key Blade Handling: OEM key blade remains in your original fob—this version does not require key extraction.
