The Injection Fob is a two-piece plastic replacement case that upgrades the weak factory housing. Injection molded from high-strength, impact-resistant ABS plastic, this bolt-together design uses socket-head cap screws for a more rugged and reliable alternative to the OEM snap-fit case. Assembly requires the included 3/32" Allen key. Made in the USA.
Important Note
Threadlocker Warning: DO NOT use Loctite or any threadlocker on this product.
OEM Components Reused: Existing key blade, electronics, battery & transponder chip must be transferred (not included).
OEM Case Must Be Cut Open: The factory key is molded into the OEM shell and requires cutting/removal to extract.
No Reprogramming Needed: Simply transfer your OEM components into the new case.
Transponder Removal: Some chips pull out easily; others require cutting and heat. Damage may prevent the vehicle from starting.
