The Injection Fob is a two-piece replacement case designed to upgrade the durability and strength of the factory Toyota key fob. Injection-molded from high-strength, impact-resistant ABS (black variants use PC-ABS), this design replaces the weak OEM snap-fit housing with a secure bolt-together assembly. All factory components—electronics, key blade, battery, seals, and transponder—transfer directly into the new case. Assembly requires the included 7/64" Allen key. Made in the USA.
Important Notes

Reuses OEM Components: Key blade, electronics, battery, buttons, and transponder chip are transferred from the original fob.
No Threadlocker: Do NOT use Loctite or any threadlocker on the screws.
OEM Case Destruction: Extracting the OEM key often requires breaking the factory shell (key is molded in).
Transponder Removal Warning: Some transponders are glued in and may require cutting/heating the OEM case. Damage will prevent the vehicle from starting.
Alternative Key Option: A Toyota G-chip key (P/N 89785-08040) may be purchased, cut, and programmed if you don’t want to destroy the OEM case.
