The Crossmember Delete Front Bumper delivers maximum strength and trail clearance without unnecessary weight. Constructed from 3/16” A36 steel with 1 ¾” × .120 DOM tubing and 1 ½” × .120 wall side supports, this one-piece bumper weighs just 66 lbs while still providing secure recovery points thanks to its laminated D-ring plate design.

Power steering cooler relocation is not required if you are not deleting the factory crossmember
All power steering & winch control box relocation components are included standard with the front bumper
Powder coat recommendation: Bk08 (black) with Prismatic forged charcoal for skid plates.
Crossmember Delete Design
Requires removal of the factory lower crossmember
Includes a heavy-duty replacement crossmember that bolts between frame rails
Replacement serves as the mounting base for both the skid plate and bumper
Trimming of grille and fender caps is required for installation
Power Steering Cooler Relocation
Factory power steering cooler relocation is necessary for the crossmember delete. This kit includes everything you need:
10-row high-performance cooler with push-lock AN fittings
Combination mount secures both the cooler and winch control box to the core support
Compatible with ZEON & EVO series, Superwinch, and Carbon Off-Road (others may require modification)
Lighting Compatibility
Side-wing mounts fit Baja Designs Squadron, S2, and similar lights
Optional 7 light mount (sold separately) adds even more lighting versatility. Designed to fit Baja Designs squadrons and may fit other lights with similar dimensions.
High-Clearance Engine Skid Plate
Built from 3/16” steel with 8 mounting points (industry standard is 6)
Includes stainless CNC-machined washers to protect panel hardware
Works with Sway bars without spacers/drop brackets.
Frame Reinforcements Included
Weld-on 3/16” steel frame reinforcement plates are included for added strength and long-term durability. Weld on gussets are optional to install but recommended for heavy winch use.
