The Meso Customs VLED Triton Bulb Adapters are designed specifically to allow installation of VLED Triton V6 bulbs into the factory reverse light socket on 3rd Gen Toyota Tacoma tail lights.
From the factory, Tacoma reverse light housings are sized for smaller bulbs. These adapters convert the OEM opening to accept the larger Triton V6 bulb, unlocking the ability to run a switchback setup—transforming your reverse light into a bright white reverse light and amber turn signal (bulb not included).
Precision-made from durable high-performance nylon, these adapters are built to handle heat, vibration, and long-term use.

Installation Notes
Permanent installation required
- Ream the original reverse bulb hole using a step drill bit
(see reference image – red circle)
- Test-fit adapter before final installation
- Apply epoxy, JB Weld, or similar adhesive around the adapter lip
- Press adapter into modified hole and allow adhesive to fully cure
